Niwasiima Shibah (ID# 489)

Shibah’s father died due to H.I.V AIDS and she currently stays with her HIV positive mother who is on medication. The mother does not have any source of income and so it’s hard for them to get home basics and food for the family. They live in a very congested house on a small plot of land and it’s the only land they have. Despite all this, Shiba is a an intelligent, jolly and always smiling. During the holidays, she does home chores and helps her mother in gardening. She has dreams of future schooling if she can get a sponsor to help with fees.
