Murungi Margret (ID# 328)

Margret stays with her mother who is H.I.V positive having lost a husband several years back. At the time of registration, she had undergone an operation for breast cancer and was steadily recovering, but her condition is poor. The family is constantly in need as the mother is sick, often bedridden, living on drugs for H.I.V.  She struggles to give her children what they need to survive.

Margret is 18 years old in senior 3 class at school. She was recently diagnosed with a heart condition, compromising her health. A more steady and supportive environment is of vital importance to her. She likes football and dreams of being a police officer one day.
