Mukunzi Evans (ID# 452)

Evans stays with an aunt who is HIV positive and asthmatic. His mother, also HIV positive, abandoned him and got married to another man after the death of his father from AIDS, so his aunt took him in. They struggle so much in getting enough to eat and to pay house rent. They neither have land of their own nor a house. Evans loves playing football and athletics, and he helps his aunt in doing home chores like fetching water, cooking and gardening in times when they have some rented land. His future dream is to become a police officer so that he keeps law and order in the country. He prays for a sponsor that would help them stabilize so he could attend school regularly.
