Laura doesn’t know her father. She has grown up knowing only the grandparents after her mother dumped her home and went to be remarried. Her desire has always been knowing her father but in vain. She narrates on how she has for all these years grown up thinking that the grandparents are her real parents, only to find out very recently that her mum is the one she has been calling sister, but got married to another man and abandoned her. She hopes to be a lawyer so that she can give fair hearing and judgement to people.
